How can I verify my agreement?
Verify your completed file using the verification ID printed on your certificate. Your browser computes a fingerprint locally; the document stays on your device. A match confirms the file is identical to Aurumpay’s recorded completed file.
The PDF’s digital seal provides a separate check for changes. Our current sealing certificate is self-issued by Aurumpay. Adobe may show an untrusted identity even when the cryptographic signature is intact. The seal does not independently verify a signer’s identity or provide an independently verified timestamp. It is not an independent security certification.

What if my download link expires?
Ask the sender for a replacement link or free electronic copy. Links expire after 30 days and can be revoked. Expiry does not delete the agreement; authorized staff can still access the stored record.
Our current business signing service is electronic-only; we do not offer a mailed paper-signing alternative. You can download and print your copy. Contact the sender about corrections, retention, or deletion requests. Never share a private signing or download link.
How are my records protected over time?
We use encrypted private storage, access controls, versioned files, database backups, and alerts for processing failures. Audit records preserve the sequence of signing actions.
Signing access is based on your email link. A sender can also require an access code shared separately before you view and sign the document. Your certificate records the method used. Connection details, including IP address and browser information, support the record but are not proof of legal identity. Agreement acceptance depends on the document, the parties, and applicable requirements.
